QMH Technologies Ltd (trading as Easy Access London) Agency Terms & Conditions
We, QMH Technologies Ltd, a registered company in England under the company number 13506378 and having our registered office at 10-16 Tiller Road, London, England, E14 8PX, operate under the trading name Easy Access London. We act solely as an agent for all the bookings made through us on your behalf. It is important to note that for all Transport Arrangements, your contractual agreement will be with the supplier (referred to as the Supplier/Principal) responsible for providing the specific arrangements in question.
By making a booking with us, the primary person listed on the booking agrees, on behalf of all individuals mentioned in the booking, to the following:
Familiarity with and Acceptance of Terms: The primary person on the booking acknowledges having read and understood these Agency Terms & Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
Age Requirement: The primary person on the booking affirms being over 18 years of age.
Financial Responsibility: The primary person on the booking accepts financial responsibility for the payment of the booking on behalf of all individuals mentioned in the booking.
When you make a booking, we will facilitate the establishment of a contract between you and the relevant Supplier/Principal (i.e., the transport provider) responsible for the Transport Arrangements specified on your e-ticket. As an agent, we hold no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the Supplier/Principal or for the services they provide. Your booking with us is subject to these Agency Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific terms and conditions of the respective Supplier/Principal(s) you engage with. We advise you to carefully read both sets of terms and conditions. The booking conditions of the Supplier/Principal may limit and/or exclude their liability to you. Please request copies from us if you do not possess them.
Your booking will be confirmed, and a contract between you and the Supplier/Principal will be in effect when we send you confirmation on their behalf. We, on behalf of the Supplier/Principal, reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you. We cannot guarantee successful allocation of a Supplier/Principal to every booking request. If, in the unlikely event, we are unable to allocate a Supplier/Principal to your booking request, we will promptly notify you via email.
We bear no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any Transport Arrangements or other services you purchase. This includes any acts or omissions of the suppliers or other individuals or parties associated with the arrangements.
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all information provided to us at the time of booking, including pick-up details. Once you confirm these details, we will proceed to confirm the booking with the Supplier/Principal.
Please ensure that all names, dates, and timings are correct upon receipt of all documents, and inform us immediately of any errors. Any changes required due to your error may incur a charge for rectification. The booking information you provide will be shared only with the relevant Supplier/Principal responsible for your Transport Arrangements or other individuals necessary for the provision of said arrangements. This information may also be disclosed to public authorities if legally required. This includes any special category (sensitive) information provided by you. By making this booking, you consent to the disclosure of this information to the relevant parties. Certain information may also be shared.
To secure your chosen Transport Arrangements, you have two payment options. You can either make full payment at the time of booking or, if available from the Supplier/Principal of the Transport Arrangements, you may have the option to pay the driver directly. If you choose to pay the driver, it is crucial to commit at the time of booking to make the payment to the driver. When selecting the payment to the driver option, please ensure that you have the correct amount of cash in the local currency, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email. Additionally, if you opt to pay the driver, we will require valid payment card details at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge you on behalf of the Supplier if you fail to make the required payment on time or if any amendment or cancellation fees are applicable.
In the event that full payment is not received when required, we will notify the Supplier/Principal, who may cancel your booking and apply the cancellation fees stated in their booking conditions.
Please note that credit/debit card processing fees (ranging from 1.4% to 2.9%) charged by our payment processing partner, Stripe.com, are non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation.
We reserve the right to modify advertised prices at any time. Furthermore, we retain the right to rectify any errors found in both advertised and confirmed prices. It is important to check the price of your selected Transport Arrangements at the time of booking.
If you have any special requests, please inform us during the booking process. We will relay all your requests to the Supplier/Principal; however, we cannot guarantee that they will be accommodated, and we assume no liability if they cannot be fulfilled. While our Suppliers/Principals usually provide child/baby seats upon request, there may be rare instances where such seats are unavailable due to unforeseen last-minute vehicle substitutions. Please be aware that neither we nor our Suppliers/Principals can guarantee that the provided seats will be an exact fit for your child.
You have the option to cancel your booking without incurring any charges, provided that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for your transfer. To cancel your reservation, you can do so online up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. The specific cancellation terms of the Supplier/Principal associated with your booking will be confirmed in your eTicket.
